Terms and Conditions of PathPhotos

These Terms and Conditions apply to PathPhoto’s website. Here we agree to the company’s terms. PathPhotos reserves the right to modify any part of the terms and conditions at any time.

  • Scope of Service: PathPhotos is an online image editing service that provides image retouching, resizing and other related services.
  • Ordering and Payment: Users can place orders through PathPhotos’ website and must provide accurate and complete information. Payment can be made through various methods, including credit cards and PayPal.
  • Turnaround Time: PathPhotos’ turnaround time varies based on the complexity of the image editing request. The estimated turnaround time is provided at the time of order placement. And if the company increases the time by communication, the clients will not charge for that.
  • Refunds and Revisions: PathPhotos provides a refund or revision policy for orders that do not meet the user’s expectations or are incomplete. The user must contact PathPhotos within seven days of receiving the order to request a refund or revision.
  • Intellectual Property: The user retains ownership of all intellectual property rights in the images submitted to PathPhotos for editing. PathPhotos does not claim ownership of any images submitted for editing.
  • Confidentiality: PathPhotos agrees to keep all user information and images submitted for editing confidential and to not disclose or use them for any purpose other than to provide the requested editing services.
  • Indemnification: The user agrees to indemnify and hold PathPhotos harmless from any claims or damages arising out of or related to the use of its services or any violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Limitation of Liability: PathPhotos’ liability to the user is limited to the amount paid by the user for the services provided by PathPhotos.
  • Termination: PathPhotos may terminate these terms and conditions at any time without notice to the user.

Applicability of the Terms and Conditions

Clients normally place their orders here and can follow our terms and conditions such as job background removal, high-end photo retouching, shadow creation, and neck joint service.

Final Contract

Clients are given equal services from PathPhotos with a view to building the brand. PathPhotos has the right to perform retouching of images or photo editing services. The contract will be obligatory once both parties agree on the order and price quotation from PathPhotos.

The Terms of Payment Methods

All the payments will be based on the agreed quotation sent by PathPhotos to the Clients and will be valid on the date stated on the contract. The contact payment will be in US Dollars. Clients will pay the due after service delivery and given invoice time. Otherwise, the clients have to pay an extra charge of fifty US Dollars.

Our Payment mediums will be via MasterCard, PayPal, Visa cards, and Bank transfers.

 Retention of Title

The order given to the client shall remain PathPhos’s property until all payments are settled.
